Using Fuzzy-match Discounts (Translation Memory [TM])
The best of the following rules will apply:
Normal scenario:
Based on +20% Standard or Premium rates (when applicable), we apply -70% discount for fuzzy-matches over 75%,
including the exact matches from the TM.
(Best rule for typical releases, with more than 30% changes from previous versions.)
Delta Scenario:
Based on +20% Standard rates (all Clients), we apply -70% discount for fuzzy-matches in the range 75% - 99%,
and exact matches from TM are free of charge.
(Best rule for real-time updates, with 10-20% changes -- Less changes may be done at hourly rate.)

Translation Budget Example (normal scenario)
Say a new software version project with 10 000 words. The fuzzy comparison with existing memory
indicates 3000 words under 75% (no-matches), and 7000 fuzzy-matches over 75%.

Standard Conditions
- Previous quotation confirmed by client using fax or e-mail confirmation.
- Payments 30 days/End of month from the invoice date.
- Payment by wire bank transfer ONLY.
- USD (or non-Euro) payments based on constant EUR/USD rate, agreed on the FOREX quotation day.
For multiple quotes in the month, lowest rate in the month will apply.
- We reserve the right to ask for an advance on the quoted amount.
Premium Client
- Chèques allowed for French Premium Clients only.
No warranty / Limited to the pending amount quoted.
